St. Fintina's Post Primary School is a small co-educational school situated in the village of Longwood in South Meath. Built in 1966 the school is named after a local nun who had a nunnery in the locality.
The school is a vibrant, progressive, growing community where quality, teaching and learning takes place in a safe, stimulating and supportive environment. The teachers personally know all students and therefore the curriculum can be tailored to meet individual needs. Students are offered a comprehensive course of study, which is designed to promote their intellectual, moral, physical, emotional and spiritual development. St. Fintina's is proud of student successes in both formal and informal curricular activities.
