We are back at that time again when we must advise you of the costs payable in respect to your student in the school. We have worked very hard to keep that payment as low as possible, and it is heavily subsidised by the school. The cost is per student, and as it has already been reduced and subsidised it has not been possible to offer a reduction for two or more students in the school.

The link to this payment will be made available from way2pay over the coming days. You are welcome to commence that payment at any time, with payments accepted at any time between now and the 20th August 2021. You can make a payment at any time of any amount ranging from €5 to the full amount.
Parents of incoming first year students and students transferring into the school should note that a separate notice outlining the costs and actions needed to order ipads and ebooks and device management fees will issue over the coming weeks.
Students entering Senior cycle will also be advised of device management fees by Wriggle in the coming weeks.
The Student direct costs are as follows:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th Year - €175.00 per student 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th Year direct costs 2021/2022
Transition Year - €400 per student TY Student direct Costs 2021/2022
Leaving Certificate Applied €145.00 per student LCA Student direct costs 2021/2022
The school are acutely aware that the past year has been difficult for many of our families from a social, psychological and fiscal perspective. As most trips / extra curricular activities were not possible in the 2020/2021 academic year due to COVID restrictions, and that for most students there was less photocopying and printing, the school have taken the decision to refund/credit parents/guardian in respect of payments for trips/activities and printing. This will be made by crediting your student direct costs for the 2021/2022 academic year by the appropriate amount.
The refund/credits for each year group are as follows:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th - €60 per student 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th Year refund/credit 2021/2022
Transition Year - €100 per student TY Refund/Credit 2021/2022
This is only applicable to students for whom full payment was received directly from parents/guardians in respect of 2020/2021 costs. The amounts have already been adjusted on way2pay. You do not have to do anything to get this, it will be generated automatically by the school.
In the case of 6th year students - the credit will be allocated to sibling costs for the 2021/2022 year. For those who do not have siblings in the school, or incoming siblings, the relevant parents/guardians will be advised how to apply for that refund at the end of May.
In the case where payments were made on behalf of a third party, the refund will be made directly to the third party, not to students or parents.
