As part of Wellbeing week the whole School participated in Drop Everything and Colour (DEAC) which is mindful colouring to help reduce stress. Also students had a “Random Acts Of Kindness” day which involved each person in the school doing one nice thing for another, all students wrote this down and made a presentation for their tutors classroom. Students also participated in ‘Selfie-steem’ an exercise where students all paid each other a compliment. These were only a selection of the activities that took place in the school for Wellbeing week.
