Pictured is Joe Boyd who was the highest achiever in his Year Group in the 2015 Leaving Cert achieving 570 Points. He was offered a place in Trinity College Dublin on the “Human Health and Disease” degree course however all year Joe wanted to secure a place in the University of Glasgow on the “Microbiology” degree course. Joe was delighted to be offered a place and is now off to Glasgow next week. Since Joe will be in Glasgow and miss the LMETB Awards for the highest achievers in Louth and Meath the Principal wanted to present him with an Award. Good Luck to Joe in his studies and also to all our Leaving Cert Students from 2015 starting their new courses in their respective colleges.
