Well done to both of our girls basketball teams who recorded victories today against Ballymakenny College. The first year team won 50-10 while the second year team won 28-17. Well done to everyone involved!

Our 2nd year football team picked up their second win in as many games in the North Leinster 2nd year football league today when the overcame the strong challenge of Ardscoil Phadraig, Granard on a scoreline of 3:7 to 3:6. Our Senior girls Soccer team made history today as they became the first girls team to represent the school in an official FAI Schools competition. The team travelled to Dunboyne to take on the hosts and put on an unbelievable show but lost out on a final scoreline of 3-2. We were 2-0 up at half

Our Senior Football team had a convincing win against neighbours Athboy CC on Wednesday in the quarter final of The North Leinster Championship. They now go forward to play Colaiste Na Mi in the Semi Final. Well done lads!

Our junior hurlers travelled to Mountmellick GAA pitch on Tuesday and played a strong Mountmellick Community School team. Unfortunately we lost on the day but our lads battled well until the final whistle. The team will play Moate Community School in the next few weeks.     

Our U16 football overcame the challenge from Colaiste Na Mi in a game played in Walterstown GAA Grounds today on a final scoreline of 6:7 to 5:5. Well done lads! The game in itself was noteworthy as this was the first team to represent the school in a game since the easing of covid restrictions.
