Adam Peacock began his entrepreneurial activities back in October when he baked cookies and brownies and sold them at the school Open Night. He used the proceeds from this as seed capital for his new venture of making Christmas logs. These logs are available to order in the school from Adam. They cost €10 each.

Colaiste Clavin’s Junior soccer team were victorious in today’s FAI B-Cup match against New Cross College Finglas. The game was played at home on the grounds of Enfield Celtic with a final score of 8:1. The team will go on to the next round after the midterm break. Goal Scorers on the day were: Thomas Hayden

The U14 football team played in a 4 team football blitz last Thursday 18th of October in Dunganny. The winners of the blitz would go on to represent Meath in the North Leinster Competition. Alas our players were not able to progress but put in some very good performances throughout the day. After losing out

Ms Shine and Mr O’Connell’s Higher Level 6th Year English classes went to see a performance of ‘Macbeth’ in the Mill theatre in Dundrum on Friday the 19th of November. The play is currently on the Leaving Cert English Syllabus and a good day was had by all.

To mark “Climate Action Week” the Green Schools Committee held a pledge competition in English and Irish to encourage the school community to think green.
