Today 2nd Year Geography Students visited Mount Lucas Wind Farm. While there they were given first an informative presentation on the Wind Farm, then they had a virtual tour inside a wind turbine using VR headsets and before leaving they went to an actual wind turbine to get up close.

The Green Schools Committee are working alongside Travel Officer Lorraine Flanagan to try to achieve the Green Schools Travel Flag.
