5th Year French students helped organise a Language and Cultural Quiz along with preparing French crêpes for the First Year French class. Second Year History Students explored the very impressive EPIC Irish Emigration museum in Dublin. The museum charts the impact Ireland and Irish people have had on the world, with interactive screens around almost every corner. Students enjoyed learning about Irish bandits and made connections to their classroom activities through the Famine stories.

Aoife Dixon 1st Year was awarded a “Highly Commended Certificate” along with a framed Presentation of her entry to the Positive Mental Health Art Competition at National Level. The Presentation was in the Civic Offices in Dublin.

5th year Biology Students were brought to Dublin Zoo and the Phoenix Park to carry out an Ecosystem Study as part of their Ecology course. They spent the day investigating the living and non-living factors that affect Plants and Animals in our environment. They also had some time to enjoy some time in the Zoo
