The 1C English Class took part in the annual Francis Ledwidge Poetry Competition within LMETB. First at School Level the winners were Toto Omokri in 1st Place with her poem ‘What’s Happening?’; Sophie James came 2nd with her poem ‘Standing Alone’ and Orlaith O’Reilly came 3rd with her poem ‘Memories.’ They then went forward to the LMETB

Today six History Students from 1st Year represented the School at the Young Historian LMETB Competition in Slane Castle. Each LMETB School was allowed six representatives at the competition.
