Today we had our Awards Cermony where Students were acknowledged for their hard work, dedication and excellent attendance. Last Thursday 5th Year Geography Students visited the Burren and Black Head in Co. Clare. While there they visited Alliwee Cave that is home to several calcite structures including stalactities etc. They also visited Black Head that had a huge limestone pavement down to the sea and had evidence of isostatic movement.
